Is this Miracle Fresh Vinyl Bag a special bag for Broccoli only or can that same bag also be used for other fresh produce?

The professors in OSAKA University, Japan has divided Vegetables and Fruits in the world into 11 groups with the same respiratory.

Following the Respiratory informed by the Professors, the specialist of Mitsubishi Chemicals Company has invented this special Vinyl Bag.

So, up till now, the Specialists only succeed for step 1 only. We are continuing to research more for the rest of the Vegetables and Fruits.

Here is the list:

Broccoli (25-30 days in perfect condition, 5 degree Celsius).
Grape (Maximum 105 days in good condition, 2-5 degree Celsius in Nagano Prefecture, Japan). (I tested in Super Market in Vietnam, it only can last 40-45 days in good condition).
Some kind of Mushroom (14-20 days in cold storage).
Tomato (2 months and above in very good condition).
Dragon Fruit (24-28 days in very good condition).
Mango (I only tested Vietnamese Mango up till now: 1 month sharp).
Passion Fruit (45-50 days).
Avocado (5-6 weeks).
Other kinds of Vegetables, it can last 3-5 times longer than usual but the humidity is a big problem, so we need tissue paper to absorb water.
You can help me by testing your vegetables by your side that are not included in the List above. Thank you in advance.

Are your Chinese customer adding any ice once their Broccoli is packed in these bags or no ice required?

Before using my Miracle Fresh Vinyl Bag, they needed ice but still LOST a lot. But when they first using my Miracle Fresh Vinyl Bag, they started testing like this:

Box 1: They use 4 dry ice-bars inside.
Box 2: They use 2 dry ice-bars inside.
Box 3: No dry ice-bar inside.

They have been keeping those 3 boxes inside storage at 5 degree Celsius. No Change.

After 25 days, they opened the boxes and the Result are the same. You can see the Video Clips that I attached. No difference using Ice or not using ice.

So, now, just to make sure to keep Broccoli in good condition, my Chinese Customer only use 2 dry-ice-bar inside the box, covering with my Miracle Fresh Vinyl Bag, store inside 5-degree Celsius Container.

At what temperature does the broccoli need to be when packing in these bags?

5 degree Celsius or 41 Degree Fahrenheit.

Here is their procedure.

At first, after harvesting the Broccoli, they put the Broccoli inside the Storage house and make it cold by flowing 5-degree Celsius Wind for 5-8 hours to make sure the Broccoli itself get the 5-degree Celsius Temperature totally inside out.

After that, they start to put the Broccoli into the Styrofoam Box like the Video Clip. And cover my Miracle Fresh Vinyl Bag and Seal the Box.

They load those boxes into the Cooling Container (keeping at 2-5 degree Celsius) and starting transport from Desert place near Tibet, China to Hongkong (it takes 2-3 days by truck).

What are the external (Length, Width and height including the lid) and internal box (Length and Width) measurements of the Styrofoam boxes they pack the broccoli in?

- 1st size: 600mm (Length) x 450mm (Width) x 340mm (Height)

- 2nd size: 600mm (Length) x 450mm (Width) x 360mm (Height)

I know there are many types of Box in Australia. I am a manufacture, so, I can customize the Miracle Fresh Vinyl Bag to fit your box size. No problem on my size.

What are the sizes of the broccoli they pack (eg. crown diameter and total height each broccoli) and how many they pack in each box?

The Crown Diameter (Supermarket Standard in China) is 13cm-18cm.

The height from the bottom to the Flower (not including the Flower's height) is 2.0cm - 3.0 cm in general.

They pack 36 Broccoli inside 1 Styrofoam Box. (12 Broccoli x 3 layers = 36 Broccoli). The total weight is about 13-14 kilograms.

Between 2 layers of the Broccoli, there are some tiny space, that place where they put 2 dry-ice-bars.

The above to check if your sized broccoli bags will fit because in Australia, we pack in different size boxes or maybe we can adjust the sizes of our boxes to be similar to the Chinese so your bags you supply to them will be big enough.
